Available Items: Any item/product that is currently in the swapping process (the status is not "SWAPPED") is considered "Available."

Swap Connection: Any connection that connects 2 users for a swapping process is considered a "Swap Connection."

Example:

You send a request for an item to swap with yours. Then if both parties (you and the item's owner) have accepted, a connection is initialized for the parties. As a result, it would be counted as 1 swap connection for each party.

In the above example, if one of the parties (either you or the item's owner) doesn't accept the swap offer, it means NO connection has been initialized. As a result, there is NO "swap connection" counted for both parties.

In the above example, when both parties have connected, the item is considered "Swapped" and "Unavailable" for the party who owned the item.

The above example works exactly when your items receive "swap request(s)" from others. For any request you and the others have accepted (for an item) to process the "swap process," it counts as 1 swap connection for each side.

Cancellation policy:

1. NO cancellation fees

2. Subscription fees are non-refundable; except that you may cancel your renewed subscription by contacting SwapNow customer service within two (2) calendar days after the renewal date

3. When canceling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be canceled

4. Once you either downgraded or canceled your current subscription plan. All limitations would be reduced based on your future subscription plan in the future months

For example:

4.1. You were at Super plan on July 15, 2022 (your billing cycle was from July 10, 2022, to August 9, 2022, -> 30 days for a monthly billing cycle)

4.2 If you canceled the subscription and downgraded to the Classic plan, your conversation limit would be reduced from 6 to 3 conversations per item at a time (start from August 10, 2022, -> the day after your current billing cycle)

4.3 Since August 10, 2022, your new limitation (3 conversations per item at a time) would be applied. If you had more conversations than the new limitation, the system would notify and ask you to choose which conversations to disable to match the new limitation

The monthly billing plan charges your payment method on the first day of the next 30 days period

The 3-months billing plan charges your payment method on the first day of the next 90 days period

The 6-months billing plan charges your payment method on the first day of the next 180 days period

A limit on the number of uploaded (posted) items or products (regardless the item’s status is “SWAPPED” or “Available”) per account

A limit on the number of conversations between the account owner and other swapper per each item at a time

A limit on the number of conversations between the account owner and other swapper per each item at a time

When a request is sent from the account owner to other swappers, it’s considered as a “sent request” at a time

When a request is received from other swappers, it’s considered as a “received request

A limit on the number of “Sent requests” per each item at a time

“Of course, let’s say you send a request to an item to swap with yours. At this time, you have made one “”sent request””. After a while, both parties (you and the item’s owner) have accepted the request, then a connection or conversation is initialized for the parties (so both parties can exchange messages). Since this point, the system would count as one conversation for each party.

On the other hand, if one of the parties (either you or the item’s owner) doesn’t accept the swap offer or request. That means no connection or conversation has been initialized. In other words, no “”conversation”” is counted for both parties.”

“You can change your SwapNow subscription plan at any time by following these steps:

1. Open and Sign in to your SwapNow account.

2. Under Membership Page, choose the desired plan, then select Continue or Update.

3. Select “”Change Plan””, review plans details and choose “”Continue”” to Confirm Change.

Note: A plan upgrade takes effect immediately so you can expand more limitations. Since SwapNow is a prepaid service, the new next billing date will be calculated and updated based on the remaining balance of your last payment.

A plan downgrade starts on your current next billing date (from your last payment). Therefore, swapper can continue to use the higher limitations until the next billing date.

For example, you can upgrade from Classic to Super immediately (your next billing date shall be changed).

On the other hand, if you were at Super subscription on July 15, 2022 (your next billing date is August 9, 2022).

Then when you downgraded to the Classic plan, your conversation limitation (one of your membership benefit) would be reduced from 6 to 3 conversations per item at a time (start from August 10, 2022, -> the day after your next billing date).

Since August 10, 2022, your new conversation limitation (3 conversations per item at a time) would be applied. If you had more conversations than the new limitation, the system would notify and ask you to choose which conversations to disable to match the new limitation.

You can cancel SwapNow at any time.”

With SwapNow, users are free to upload any items and send “swap” requests to other swappers. However, there would be a different limitation based on the user’s subscription plan. For more detail, please visit the page.

SwapNow has different subscription plans to help users explore and have a better experience. By expanding the limitation through a different subscription plan, swappers have opportunities to make better decisions, somewhat filter helpful information and find the most valuable, relevant, and fit personal needs item.

In Membership page, users would see their current subscription plan. To upgrade the subscription, users simply click on the plan that they would like to review and update their subscription plan.

“You can cancel your SwapNow account or membership at any time in the Membership Page. Note: This is the only way to cancel your membership. Signing out of your account or deleting the SwapNow app doesn’t cancel your membership plan.”

Automatic Renewal (also known as auto-renewal) is a billing process where the SwapNow user’s subscription is set to be renewed automatically at the end of their subscription period – monthly or any other agreed-upon period of time (3-months or 6-months) – without the customer having to take action.

“A recurring charge happens when you sign up for a SwapNow subscription plan that automatically bills your credit card (or other payment methods) on a regular basis.

SwapNow subscription will automatically renew, and you will continue to be billed after it expires, unless you cancel Auto-renew manually by yourself or contact us via “”Contact Us”” within two (2) calendar days after the renewal date.”

SwapNow subscription will automatically renew, and you will continue to be billed after it expires. In case you have removed the Auto-Renew and would like to set it up again. Please visit your membership page to set up the Auto-Renew again.
